Feed (home page)
The Feed is the platform's home page: a wall with the communications sent by the organization, in order of the most recent, with live metrics and the Trending section — the starting point of everyday life.
Concepts and terms
| Term (as it appears on screen) | What does it mean |
|---|---|
| Communication card | Each feed item: sender (with company logo), date/time, channel, number of recipients, title, preview image, up to 3 tags and metrics (views with %, reactions, comments). |
| Tabs | All (what you are allowed to see) and Created by me. |
| On the rise | List in the side column with highlights of the moment (up to 5 items, with previews). |
| "Show N new announcements" | Notice at the top when new sends arrive in real time — click to update the list. |
What can you do
- Monitor communications sent, with metrics updating live (views, reactions and comments change without reloading)
- Toggle between All and Created by me and search by title, description or tag (field in the side column)
- Click on the card to open the details of the announcement — or click directly on a metric to go to the corresponding tab (views, reactions or comments)
- Load more items with "Load more" (10 per page)
- See the Trending section and, in accounts with the Demand Portal, the shortcut to the Inbox with unread counter
Step by step
Track and open communications
- 1.When you enter the platform, you will be taken to the Feed (initial route after logging in, for those with viewing permissions).
- 2.Cards come from newest to oldest. When a new submission arrives, "Show N new communication(s)" appears at the top — click to update.
- 3.Click on the card to open the details; click on a specific metric (👁 views, reactions, comments) to open it in the right tab.
- 4.Dimmed cards indicate announcements that you can see in the list, but whose metrics your profile cannot open.
Search and filter
- 1.Use the search field in the side column (search in title, description and tags).
- 2.The Created by me tab only shows your uploads, regardless of the scope of the profile.
Limits and rules
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| What appears | sent communications only (includes sending/paused/not sent); drafts, scheduled and automation sends do not enter |
| Scope | Depending on the profile: all announcements, those from the team or just yours |
| Open details | Requires measurement permission — without it the card will not open |
| Side column | Search and Trending only appear on wide screens (desktop) |
| On the rise | Up to 5 items displayed |
| Pagination | 10 at a time, "Load more" button |
What tends to confuse
- The Feed is not the place to manage — there is no editing/deleting/resending on the card; These actions live in Communications.
- Feed ≠ list of Announcements: the Feed only shows what has already been published (wall); the Announcements list covers all statuses, with filters and actions.
- On smaller screens the search and Trending are hidden — use the Announcements area to search.
- "Trending" items are not clickable today — they are an informational panel.
- Anyone who doesn't have any viewing permissions lands on a waiting screen ("No permissions configured") instead of the Feed — the profile needs to be adjusted in Access Management.
