Operation
Library
The Library is the account's central collection of images: organize them into folders, send files and reuse them in communications. It's the same library that opens within the editor when choosing an image — whatever you organize here goes there.
Concepts and terms
| Term (as it appears on screen) | What does it mean |
|---|---|
| File | Side section: Add file, All images (N), All folders (N) (and All videos, on enabled accounts). |
| Folders | Organization on one level (no subfolders). Create, rename and delete from each folder's menu. |
| Multiple selection | Tag multiple thumbnails to move or remove in batch. |
| Reading mode | Those who only have permission to view communications see the library without editing: they can browse, search and download. |
What can you do
- Send images (Add file or by dragging to the grid) — JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP up to 10 MB per file, with automatic compression and sending queue with progress bar
- Create, rename and delete folders; move images between folders (individual or batch, including "Root (no folder)")
- Search by name, rename images, download and delete (individual or batch)
- On the `/biblioteca` page, double-clicking copies the URL of the image; Inside the editor, double clicking selects the image for the component
- Pagination of 10/20/50/100 items per page
Step by step
Send and organize images
- 1.In the side menu, click on Library. Use Add File (or drag files to the grid — "Drop to Upload" appears).
- 2.Sending runs in a queue with progress modal ("Sending file X of Y"); Files over 10 MB or in another format are rejected with an individual warning, without blocking others.
- 3.To organize: New folder on the side; select the images (checkbox on hover) and use Move choosing the destination folder. The menu (⋯) of each folder allows Rename and Delete.
Use an image in an announcement
- 1.In the editor, double-click on the Image component — the Library opens as a modal, identical to the page.
- 2.Find the image (search/folders) and double click to apply it to the block.
Share the URL of an image
- 1.On the Library page, double-click the thumbnail — "URL copied to clipboard".
Limits and rules
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Upload | JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP; up to 10 MB per file (screen validation); automatic compression of large images |
| Folders | One level (no subfolders); deleting a folder also removes its contents |
| Exclusions | No recycle bin/restore in the interface |
| View the Library | Permission to view communications |
| Edit (upload, folders, move, rename, delete) | Permission to edit communications; about items from other users, the scope (all / team / mine) applies |
| Download | Also available in reading mode |
| Videos | Listing available only for enabled accounts |
What tends to confuse
- It is the same editor library — there are no "two libraries"; the difference is just the double-click effect (copy URL on page × select in editor).
- Deleting a folder deletes its contents — move the images first if you want to preserve them.
- In reading mode, the counters on the side appear at zero and the folder section is not displayed — this is a limitation of the mode, not loss of files.
- Email attachments don't live here: Attachments to a communication are managed in the sending settings of the communication itself (5 MB limit per communication).
