Calendar
The Calendar shows communications in time — sent, scheduled, under approval, drafts and late — to plan the communication rule by day, week or month.
Concepts and terms
| Term (as it appears on screen) | What does it mean |
|---|---|
| Visions | Day, Week (default) and Month, in the selector in the upper right corner. |
| Status (colors) | Each event is colored by the communication status: green Sent, blue Ready to send (draft), amber Scheduled and Under approval, red Delayed. |
| Status Filter | Checkboxes in the side column — turn each status in the view on/off (all on by default). |
| Details panel | Opens when clicking on an event: status, date/time, Channels, Sender, Subject, Campaign, Tag and Recipients, with actions. |
| Mini-calendar | In the side column (desktop): click on a day to navigate directly. |
What can you do
- Browse by day/week/month (arrows, Today, mini-calendar) and filter by status
- Search announcements by title — the result navigates to the date and opens the details panel
- View the details of each communication (channels, sender, subject, campaign, tag, recipient count)
- Edit announcement (not sent — opens the editor in a new tab) or View sending report (sent — opens the announcement details)
- Delete communications; for recurring announcements, choose between "Just this announcement" and "This and upcoming announcements"
Step by step
Plan the week/month
- 1.In the side menu, click on Calendar (opens in Week view). Switch the view in the selector and navigate with the arrows or the mini-calendar.
- 2.Use the Status filter to focus (e.g. only Scheduled and Under approval to see what is yet to come out).
- 3.In Day/Week views, events appear in the timetable (with a “now” line); in the Month view, up to 4 per day (the excess becomes "Plus N").
View and act on an announcement
- 1.Click on the event (or search for the title in "Search announcements..."). The dashboard shows the complete summary.
- 2.Announcement not yet sent → pencil menu → Edit announcement (opens the editor in a new tab). Communication sent → See sending report.
- 3.Trash → Delete; if it's recurring, choose the range ("Just this" / "This and nearby").
Limits and rules
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Access | Campaigns/planning permission on profile; the scope of what appears follows the announcements view (all / team / mine) |
| Content | Only announcements (tasks do not appear on the calendar) |
| Creation | It is not possible to create an announcement via the calendar — use the Create |
| Rescheduling | Unable to drag events to reschedule — open the announcement and adjust the Send date in the send settings |
| Vision Month | Maximum 4 visible events per day; "Plus N" indicates surplus (switch to Day/Week view to see them all) |
| Deletion | Announcements sent/scheduled/under approval follow the same exclusion rules as in the Announcements list |
What tends to confuse
- Colors are by status, not by channel or campaign — the campaign appears within the details panel, as a chip.
- Deselecting all statuses leaves the screen empty (not an error — turn the filters back on).
- The search ignores the status filters on the side — it searches all communications.
- In the Month view, the days of the neighboring month always appear empty — the events loaded are only from the current month; navigate to the month opposite to see them.
- "Plus N" in the Month view is just an indicator (does not expand when clicked).
