The next step for Comunica. In: an agent that works alongside you
After eight years alongside communications professionals, we are opening a new chapter: less operational work, more room to create, plan, and decide.

Today marks a new chapter for Comunica.In. The platform now includes an agent that learns from what your communications team does best and works alongside you: creating announcements, analyzing results, and handling recurring tasks.
I want to share how we got here.
For eight years, we have worked closely with clients and communications professionals. Different companies, different challenges, but one conversation keeps coming up: the desire to play a more strategic role in the business.
Meanwhile, the day starts with an urgent announcement, moves on to a spreadsheet, and ends with a campaign that still needs to go out. Lean teams manage many channels, tools, requests, and projects. Work piles up, and time to think gets pushed back.
As a technology company, we believe we have a responsibility here. Talking about strategy only goes so far when the tool still requires someone to carry out every step.
To make room for more strategic work, we first need to ease the operational load. That idea shaped the next step for Comunica.In.
An agent that knows the tool and learns your communication
We started with the basics: the agent needs to know how to work inside Comunica.In. It needs to understand the features, rules, and steps required to carry out your requests.
But knowing the tool is only the beginning. It also needs to understand your company.
Your announcement history, employee database setup, audiences, language, and delivery results provide that context. The agent connects this information with the instructions and brand guidelines configured in your account. And it learns from your corrections.
You do not have to explain everything again with every request. Our intention is for it to become an extension of your team, able to use the knowledge your communications function has already built.
An announcement starts with a request
When you ask for an email or WhatsApp announcement, the agent uses that context to prepare the message, following your tone of voice, brand guidelines, and intended audience.
Your role becomes giving direction, reviewing, requesting changes, and approving. You get a concrete draft to work with, instead of having to build every element from scratch.
The editor is still available and as intuitive as ever. You can open it and change anything you want. The difference is that using the editor is no longer a required step in producing an announcement.
This context also supports creative work: developing campaign concepts, proposing variations, and adapting ideas for different materials, guided by your brand.
Data becomes answers you can act on
The depth of our data has always been one of the reasons clients choose Comunica.In. But having metrics available and finding the time to analyze them are two different things.
Now you can ask the question you need answered. The agent connects results with the history and content of your announcements to help explain what happened and suggest next steps.
“Which topics had the most engagement last quarter?” or “What changed in our communication with frontline teams?” no longer have to start a series of exports and spreadsheets. You can ask Comunica. In directly.
You still bring your judgment and make the decisions. You now have a partner to help gather and interpret the data.
Recurring work can be delegated
A useful analysis should not need to be requested from scratch every week.
You can say: “Prepare this report every Monday and send it to me in the morning.” The agent schedules the task and runs it at the agreed frequency.
That changes your relationship with the tool. Beyond requesting a single deliverable, you can delegate recurring work and follow the results.
The first step in a new chapter
My vision is for that recovered time to create room for what so many teams want to do: consider which objectives make sense for their function, prepare better campaigns, develop ideas, and connect communication to the business context.
That is the direction we are building toward. A Comunica. In that knows your reality, learns from you, and takes part in the work, from the first idea to analyzing the results.
After eight years alongside the people who make communication happen, this is the next step we have chosen to take. And it is only the beginning.
